Six founders share the realities of entrepreneurship

LIST Ventures has completed the first season of “The Founder Files”, a six-part video series offering an inside look at the realities of building a company.

Through unscripted interviews, six founders from Luxembourg’s startup ecosystem discuss how their ventures began, the obstacles they faced and the decisions that shaped their development. The series moves beyond fundraising announcements and success stories to explore the doubts, setbacks and pivots that are also part of the entrepreneurial journey.

The featured founders come from different sectors and backgrounds, but several common lessons emerge. Their ventures began by addressing concrete problems, while difficult periods often forced them to adapt their technology, product or business model. The interviews also underline the role Luxembourg can play as a testing ground for new ideas, offering proximity to potential partners, decision-makers and early customers.
