TK Elevator secures major contract to supply 50 EOX elevators for premium MONA94

The EOX series stands out for its environmentally friendly design and digital capabilities providing residents with the highest standards of safety, convenience, technological innovation and accessibility for all residents – including older adults and those with varying mobility needs. In addition, EOX elevators deliver long-term value to homeowners by reducing maintenance costs and increasing operational efficiency.

The project, developed by Mona94, features villas designed to offer modern, sustainable living in harmony with nature. To support these ambitions, the development will be equipped with EOX elevators, which bring premium digital and sustainability features to standard elevator systems. The eco-efficient EOX platform is engineered to lower energy consumption by up to 28%[1], using smart, traffic-adaptive features and leveraging regenerative drives – making it ideal for low- and mid-traffic buildings.

Thanks to its flexible shaft components, customizable door types and space-saving design, EOX ensures seamless integration even in architecturally demanding buildings. Every elevator comes equipped with a comprehensive set of digital features and offers one-click access to advanced options via a customer portal. Each unit also features a standard 7-inch multimedia screen, enabling customized user experiences with infotainment and real-time information. The EOX units offer a capacity of 630 kg, serve up to three stops, reach a speed of 1 m/s, and showcase a C-line stainless steel design – all while maintaining a compact footprint that integrates seamlessly into the villas’ sophisticated architecture.
