The arrival of manned and un-manned drones in Luxembourg

Luxmobility is part of an international team investigating novel concepts and solutions to make urban air mobility safe, secure, quiet, and green.

As populations grow, traditional traffic infrastructure is pushed to its limits. Mobility is therefore expanding into the third dimension : the airspace.

Luxmobility is part of an international team investigating novel concepts and solutions to make urban air mobility safe, secure, quiet, and green, on www.airmour.eu.

Supported by actors like NASA, EASA, EUROCONTROL, among others, the project will validate the results through live demonstrations in Stavanger (Norway), Helsinki (Finland), North-Hesse (Germany) and Luxembourg.

Luxmobility will host on May 19th (12h00 – 13h00) an online workshop aiming to provide an overview of the potential of drones (present usages, opportunities, and challenges) with a focus on Luxembourg/ Greater Region.

The workshop welcomes professionals in healthcare, aviation, financing, city and transport authorities interested in sustainable air mobility in urban contexts in Luxembourg.

Attendance is free of charge and registration is required.
