Dr. Luisa-Sophie K. will present her thesis “FinTech in Fund Governance - Towards a Technology-Oriented Risk Regulation (TORR)”, showing how ABCD technologies can be applied in fund management and introducing TORR, a technology- and risk-oriented regulatory framework to strengthen governance and legal certainty across EU regulations.
