The LHoFT Foundation, new Infogreen’s partner !

Offering Fintech incubation, co-working and a soft-landing platform, the LHoFT also connects, engages with and creates value for the broader Fintech ecosystem : financial institutions, IT industry, investors, research and academia as well as regulatory and public authorities.

The aim of the LHoFT Foundation is to

• Enhance collaboration within the Luxembourg Fintech ecosystem and facilitate consortium-like cooperation on issues of common interests and development of solutions capable of propelling digitalization within the financial centre.
• Improve access and knowledge by providing access to relevant technologies, knowledge and competencies that add value to the Luxembourg financial sector.
• Bring together and connect resources to ideate and create solutions to address problems and opportunities for Luxembourg’s financial community participants.
• Support digital transition by driving identification of opportunities for new revenues, efficiencies and cost savings and encourage the exchange of best practice in banking and finance.

Nasir Zubairi : CEO of the LHoFT Foundation

Biography : Nasir is CEO of The LHoFT - The Luxembourg House of Financial Technology, a public/private sector initiative to drive fintech innovation in Luxembourg. He sits on the IMF’s High Level Advisory Group on Finance and Technology and the OECD’s Blockchain Expert Policy Advisory Board. He has been a Non-Executive Board director at a “traditional” bank, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) S.A.. Nasir has worked in Financial Services for 22 years. He spent 13 years working within Capital Markets at RBS, ICAP, HSBC and EBS. He has been immersed in the Fintech and startup sector since 2011. As an entrepreneur, Nasir has built multiple Fintech businesses across verticals. He has advised the boards of leading financial institutions, central banks and governments. Nasir has lived and worked in 8 countries ; UK, US, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg. Nasir has a BSc from the London School of Economics and is a Sloan Fellow from London Business School.
