This position is responsible for assisting commercial activities and properly translate logistics’, sales’ and operations’ information among the team in Luxembourg and Bitburg. This position also supervises the proper updates of information into ERP and POP-sheet and not to forget insures rightful communication to customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1) Coordinates and supervises booking of transportation (on Thursday every week) in correlation with payments
2) Monitors incoming payments on a daily base
3) Communication of invoices, order confirmation to customers
4) Assists sales team and supports the entire administrative work related to orders
5) Answers the phone and manages to get right information before handing over the phone to respective person
6) Responsible for friendly reminders regarding ETD (when Ex Works Bitburg) and payments
7) Every single change related to new ETD, pricing, volume from existing order has to be communicated to CEO d
8) Prepares draft, LCs when needed
9) Able to report regularly for work and be on time
10) Performs once a month PV-Cycle statement online related to German Sales

DESIRED SKILLSET

1) Thorough knowledge of ERP and sales procedures
2) Thorough knowledge of reading the weekly orders and implementing in correlation with free capacity
3) Good communication skills
4) Able to work independently
5) Excellent Language skills – English, German and French
