Your mission

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is vital for the efficient organization and quality management of our photovoltaic projects (PV) across Belgium and Luxembourg. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project management team, ensuring that all projects are executed with the highest standards of quality and safety.

‍Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :

• Supporting Project Managers : Actively assist the project management team in various aspects of the project lifecycle.
• Project Startup Involvement : Take an active role in the initiation phase of the projects, ensuring a smooth and effective start.
• Quality and Safety Site Visits : Regularly visit project sites to monitor and control the adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting and Subcontractor Assistance : Address and resolve issues on-site and provide necessary support to subcontractors to ensure uninterrupted project progression.
• Material Supply Management : Oversee and ensure the timely supply of small materials required on the project sites.
• Commissioning Collaboration : Work closely with the project manager during the commissioning phase of the projects to guarantee successful project completion.

Your profile

The ideal candidate for this position should possess :

• Relevant Experience : Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the photovoltaic industry or related fields.
• Technical Expertise : A good understanding of project management principles and experience in overseeing construction or technical projects.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent troubleshooting abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Safety Awareness : Strong commitment to maintaining and enforcing safety standards on project sites.
• Communication Skills : Effective communication abilities to liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Mobility : Willingness to travel to various project sites across Belgium and Luxembourg.
