IT DevOps Specialist (m/f/n) / Enovos

Your tasks

You design and develop APIs used by frontend application and ensure that APIs are well-documented and follow RESTful or other industry-standard principles .
You design and maintain databases to store and retrieve data for frontend applications.
You optimize database queries for performance and efficiency.
You implement user authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure secure access to app data using our oauth 2.0 authentication server.
You put encryption and other security measures in place to protect sensitive data and you regularly update and patch security vulnerabilities.
You integrate the backend with external services and APIs and handling data synchronization between systems.
You implement logging mechanisms to track errors and system activities.
You use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes in the backend codebase and coordinate with other developers through version control tools.
You conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure the reliability of backend code.
You support the development activities of innovative/digital projects and products.

You hold a university degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent.
You have minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
Strong skills in NodeJS and/or Python with both object oriented and functional programming
You are able to write high quality and optimized code with a customer-oriented mindset.
Experience with public clouds (AWS) containers (e.g. Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines, as well as Agile and tools like Jira and Gitlab/GitHub
You are familiar with API design, management, and best practices.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
