Job Description

In collaboration with your clients and sales colleagues, you implement and configure the most suitable functional solution to meet your clients’ needs. As the key contact during these installations, you minimize the impact on your clients’ operations and keep them informed of progress.

You are the first line of support for troubleshooting most equipment connected to the clients’ network interface.

Based on your diagnosis, you carry out certain operations such as disassembly and reassembly, replacement, adjustments, restoration, testing, and inspection of printing components.

You upgrade software/hardware without assistance.

You continuously improve your technical skills and business knowledge to support and promote new professional solutions in your field.

You report to the Service Manager Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

Visit clients for product installation, maintenance, repairs, and scheduled replacements.

Identify common technical issues, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.

Keep data up to date and report recurring issues. Train and support the client during product implementation, operations, and maintenance.

Respond to client questions and requests. Participate in analyzing problems identified by the client that may lead to changes in equipment, procedures, or documentation.

Manage car stock and on-site client stock.

Level 1 Helpdesk support.

You hold a degree in electrotechnics and/or electronics or equivalent through experience.

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (installation, machine repair, etc.).

You possess the necessary knowledge in electrotechnics and/or electronics to perform hardware analysis and troubleshooting.

You have experience and a genuine interest in IT and new technologies (machines, systems, software, etc.).

You speak French and have a good command of technical English ; knowledge of German is an asset.

You can adapt to stakeholders at all levels (IT Managers, Consultants, Service Engineers…) and are an excellent communicator.

Persistent, you take initiative and are open to change.

You are proactive, solution-oriented, autonomous, and results-driven.

You are flexible, responsible, and able to seek assistance when necessary.
