Your mission :
Provide operational and technical support for the implementation, management and validation of DRP/CRP solutions, with a strong focus on IT architecture, dependency discovery, documentation of technical procedures and IT infrastructure.
- Identify, map and document dependencies between IT components in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, business lines, architecture, development, infrastructure teams, etc.).
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of critical IT assets with full traceability of equipment, systems, and applications.
- Monitor and document backup, replication, and recovery solutions to ensure system availability and resiliency.
- Perform regular testing and simulation of recovery scenarios, ensuring compliance with defined RTOs, RPOs, and MTPDs.
- Provide support, advice and training to IT and business teams.
- Perform technical analysis and propose a remediation plan.
- Create and maintain technical recovery procedures
- Document test results and update operational documentation.
- Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure the completeness and accuracy of all critical information.
- Actively participate in recovery simulations and audits to identify gaps and continuously improve readiness.
- Work with various stakeholders (IT, business, security, and external vendors) to ensure that technical recovery processes align with overall business continuity objectives.
- Prepare and coordinate DRP/CRP exercises.
Skills
- In-depth working knowledge of critical IT environments and associated recovery tools.
- Expertise in availability, continuity, and recovery technologies, including data replication, snapshotting, air-gapping, and a good understanding of network and security best practices.
- Ability to analyze and map complex dependencies between IT components.
- Effective collaborative skills to work with diverse teams, ensuring optimal efficiency in recovery processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential project challenges.
