Job Summary
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a strong development background. While DevOps practices are central to your role, this is not just a ticket management position. You will :
- Spend 50% of your time actively developing the platform (React, Java, PostgreSQL).
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and DevOps tools.
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability on Microsoft Azure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps practices with business needs.
- Lead by example in software architecture, best practices, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize our React/Java/PostgreSQL platform.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and IaC (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of our cloud infrastructure (Azure).
- Actively contribute to software development and DevOps practices.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Experience and Expertise
- 2+ years as a DevOps Engineer (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, cloud platforms).
- 3+ years as a Software Engineer (development, debugging, testing).
- Strong proficiency in DevOps tools (Gitflow, GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on development experience with React, Java, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (strong asset).
- Experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of software architecture patterns and best practices.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps.
2. Languages
- English : C1 level – Required for international communication.
- German, French or Luxembourgish are considered an asset

Package : competitive 12 months base salary, annual performance-based bonus, meal vouchers, 30 days paid vacation, home working flexibilities after trial period.
