Agent Accounts Receivable (m/f)

Task Responsibilities :

– Proceeding to the invoicing

by inserting accurate data in the Cargo Revenue Accounting system based on air -waybill copy, allocation and/or block space agreement, statements from reservations department and agreed rates
by assigning revenues to respective flights (split procedure)
by updating, if necessary, any invoicing already done
by checking if the different automatic provisions are done and overriding if necessary
by ensuring all invoicing inputs are performed on time to respect the monthly accounting deadline

– Opening financial flights

– Closing financial flights

by checking if all shipments have been invoiced
by checking yields, weights of all air waybill for each financial flight and reporting any discrepancy
by assigning revenues to respective flights (split procedure)

– Support the implementation of the new ERP

by actively participating in the testing of the new ERP for any invoicing related tasks
by supporting team members during/after the implementation of new ERP/new IT solutions

Essential Requirements For The Position :

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or any other relevant field
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French, Luxemburgish or German communication skills would be an asset
Feeling comfortable to work in a team as well as autonomously
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
Analyzing, processing and understanding information
Ability to meet deadlines and work under time pressure
Strong IT skills, especially with MS Excel

Working Conditions :

Position based in Luxembourg
Certificate of good conduct (casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
Occasional travel required within the entire Cargolux network
Full time, permanent contract
