Officer Corporate Social Responsibility (m/f) (CSR)

Task Responsibilities :

Ensure coordination for the preparation of the annual CSR Reporting
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and expert groups (Environment, Social and Governance) to ensure monitoring and progress of Sustainability & CSR activities and follow-up on projects
Work with Head of Corporate Communication & CSR to continuously develop CSR activities and implement initiatives
Promote the company’s Sustainability & CSR strategy and commitments to ensure they are integrated into the company’s activities
Work with the Corporate Communications team to ensure the company’s Sustainability & CSR commitment and strategy is communicated internally and externally
Coordinate company stakeholder engagement program
Work with Corporate Training to prepare Sustainability & CSR training for employees of different levels
Reviews internal and external auditor reports and works closely with Head of Corporate Communications & CSR to develop and implement action plans to mitigate identified risks
Conduct research into best practice
Coordinate the company’s activities to support local communities
Support Sustainability & CSR projects and perform any other duties as requested by the department head

Bachelor’s degree or higher in CSR and/or Sustainability management with 2+ years’ experience
Knowledge of the Global Reporting Initiative reporting standard
Knowledge of UN Global Compact
Team-oriented and open-minded, passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility
Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in written and spoken English ; French and German will be considered an advantage
Knowledge of the aviation industry will be considered an asset

Temporary contract of 12 months
Full time position based in Luxembourg
A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
