Location :

Position based in Leudelange (3372)

Job Description :

• Day to day handling of drivers request (by phone and mail) in accordance with our procedures.
• Resolution and follow-up of customer issues (in relation with other departments if needed)
• Proactive calls to drivers to propose our services

Profile :

• Being customer satisfaction oriented is the most important aspect !
• You are a team player with a positive attitude
• You enjoy contact with drivers/clients on a daily basis and this by phone or e-mail
• Languages mandatory French, German. English and/ or Luxemburgish is an asset
• Experience in a customer service would be an asset
